		<description>With all of that equal it&#039;s honestly very hard to say. Both can be used to do all of what you can do with Air. I&#039;d have to lean towards Flex for a few reasons as things like effects and layouts are a little easier to manage than some equivalents in HTML. Flex also includesdata visualization that is really hard to represent in JavaScript thus far.

That being said, HTML/JavaScript/CSS gets the nudge if you have to interact with web services that can speak JSON. With the number of javascript targeted web services available these days it&#039;s worth thinking about this before choosing a direction.
